Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only within 5 days of delivery.

Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Reasons
We accept returns or exchanges only for:

Damaged or defective product

Size issues (exchange subject to availability)
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery

Color variation due to screen/display differences

Incorrect address or failed delivery attempts by the customer

Requests made after 5 days of delivery
Print-on-Demand Products
Since all products are made-to-order, slight variations in print placement or color may occur and are considered normal.
Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD order refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
