Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Men, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only within 5 days of delivery.

  • Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Eligible Reasons

We accept returns or exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size issues (exchange subject to availability)

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery

  • Color variation due to screen/display differences

  • Incorrect address or failed delivery attempts by the customer

  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery

Print-on-Demand Products

Since all products are made-to-order, slight variations in print placement or color may occur and are considered normal.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD order refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
