2. Are your products print-on-demand?

Yes. Every product is made after you place the order, which helps us create unique designs specially for you.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your Order ID and product photos. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Can I exchange my product for a different size?

Yes, size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for selected locations.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

9. Will the print fade after washing?

Our products are made using high-quality printing methods. For longer durability, wash inside out in cold water and avoid direct ironing on the print.
